My Story & My Mission

My journey into personal training, gut health, and women’s health is deeply personal because I’ve lived through the very challenges I now help other women overcome.
From a young age, I suffered with ongoing gut issues, later diagnosed as IBS, yet despite countless doctor visits, I was often left without answers or proper support. I grew up thinking that constant bloating, discomfort, and flare-ups were normal because no one could explain why they were happening. At the same time, fitness was my foundation.
I spent 14 years as a competitive swimmer, training up to twice a day, 5–6 days a week. Movement shaped who I was until I suffered a slipped disc in my neck and was told I would never compete again. That moment changed everything, but it didn’t stop me. I found new passions through netball and the gym and was even invited to Ireland to play, which reignited my love for sport and inspired me to turn it into a career.
I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and began studying a Gut Health Diploma driven by my own long, frustrating journey with IBS and digestive issues. At the same time, I was undergoing years of investigations for endometriosis, finally receiving a diagnosis only last year. Living through the pain, confusion, and lack of support that so many women face opened my eyes to how overlooked women’s health truly is.
That’s when I realized my purpose:to create a space where women feel heard, supported, and empowered not dismissed.
