I've been training with Rose since the start of 2025 and i am seeing the progress! She starts with a phone consultation asking about your goals with your fitness and nutritional health, I told her about my injuries and my starting fitness level and she took all this on board. Rose will give you a fitness and nutrition advice throughout the month, any questions about it don’t hesitate to ask, she is very responsive and understanding, she will also check in on you to see how your week has gone with any feedback to give her. I specifically asked for Pilate exercises due to my back though she expressed this was slightly out of her field, she spent the time researching and adding it to my plan. Steph
